About the Author
Ginger Swanson, Ph.D., is a mother, writer, and depth psychologist, as well as a meditation recording artist and teacher.
Dr. G., as she’s often called, is passionate about film, literature, and the arts. She fuels her creativity through writing and by tuning into the beauty, sound, and vibration of nature. Her meditative recordings are designed to help both children and adults heal the body, calm the mind, comfort the heart, and nurture the soul.
With a deep commitment to the well-being of both people and the Earth, Dr. G. playfully describes herself as a "wood-chopping, water-carrying woman." A lifelong lover of wildlife, she finds peace in nature and makes her home on a mountain pass near Santa Barbara, California.

Chiffon Lark is a Southern California-based artist specializing in Alcohol Inks, a unique, fluid medium that requires an ethanol-based compound for dilution. With a focus on wildlife subject matter, she has honed a self-taught technique that merges the precision of paintbrush strokes with the natural flow created by breath-blowing onto Yupo substrate.

Chiffon is of White Mountain Apache and Mexican heritage. Her indigenous roots inspire her to convey a deep sense of connection to other species through her work.
